Private Hire

Tired of screaming children making a mess at your house or want to reward your staff with a night out ...

All you have to do is choose a movie and a date.

If it's a birthday you are celebrating we will set up a birthday table and you can bring along your own cake. Drinks and confectionary need to be purchased from the Ascot.

Ask about our combo options for snacks during the movie.

To book an entire theatre for a private booking you would need to pay for at least 90% of the seats available. The alternative is to do a block booking as part of a public session.

Fundraising

Put the fun back into fundraising and make a booking at the Ascot - it's so easy!

We encourage groups to book early on in the week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights are best.  This way we can keep the price down to $10.00 per ticket for adults, students and seniors and $8.00 for children.

To maximise your profits you can charge $20.00 per person and provide a light supper or dessert before or after the movie.  Any drinks and confectionery need to be purchased from the Ascot.

The Ascot provides two anytime movie gift vouchers (excl 3D movies) for your use, for example in a raffle or lucky seat number.
